This award recognizes measurable, scalable initiatives that address systemic barriers, promote equitable access to opportunities, and leverage innovation to create inclusive workplace cultures within financial services organizations.
Community Impact Award
The Community Impact Award recognizes a financial services organization or leader whose work has made a meaningful and measurable impact beyond the workplace. This award honors efforts that support economic inclusion, financial literacy, workforce development, or community partnerships that advance equity and opportunity for underserved or historically excluded communities.
